Description: In this video, Matt demonstrates a drill that will help you learn proper shoulder rotation, downswing sequence and weight transfer.

Focus Points:

  • This drill is best performed at home in front of the mirror.
  • Perform this drill in slow motion at first.  You don’t need to do it fast because it’s about training your body to execute the proper sequence which will then transfer to more power and speed on the golf course.
