Effective Loft
Effective Loft is the angle the face creates relative to the perpendicular to the Angle of Attack at impact with the golf ball. Effective loft is not the same as the Driver Loft. (Explained Below)
Driver Loft
This is the degree (e.g. 8, 9.5, 10) labeled on the Driver. It's measured as the angle created by the club face and the perpendicular to the ground. (Image Below)
