The Proper Arm Angle at Setup

Description: In this video, Matt talks about how and what you need to do with your arms at address to be in the proper position to maximize your distance.

Focus Points:

  • Hands hang straight down
  • Be relaxed
  • Don’t reach your arms out to full extension or stand too far away from the ball, otherwise you won’t be able to extend your arms at impact
