Launch Angle

Launch Angle is the angle that the ball leaves the club face in relation to the ground after impact. (Shown below by the colored lines)

The loft number on a driver (e.g. 10 degrees) does not determine Launch Angle.  Launch Angle is created by 2 different components (Angle of Attack and Effective Loft).
